Stomptown Dancers

A special announcement from our President, Jeffrey Howard:

A big special thank you to everyone who made this pride our most successful yet. So many volunteers lent hands and skill to creating a special dance atmosphere and the best float in the parade. There are too many to name them all but a few stand out.
Rob Ollander-Krane, thank you for coming up from San Francisco and the really helpful two-step technique class. I was so glad you could stay for the parade this year as well.
Robert Richter, thank you for too many things to mention them all but particularly for spearheading all of the pride events from a very well organized dance and a spectacular parade.
Ra, also too many things to thank you for all of them but I am especially grateful for the cool look of our new website, for the beautiful hanky flower decorations and all the volunteer coordinating work that you do.
Lyle, our parade float would not even exist without you. Thank you for bringing your sound system, decorations and especially for the 1884 authentic covered wagon. It is largely due to you that our float is the best in the parade.
Rebecca, thank you for making homemade sandwiches and bringing food to the parade. That was really a great homemade touch.
All of you have donated your time, money and considerable skills in making this pride our best ever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I also want to thank the folks who came out to decorate both the dance and the parade float. So many of you that I don't even know where to begin. Thank you, thank you, thank you, all!

Another note from Board Members Brian Harris and Robert Richter:

And huge thanks to not only ALL of the above but also to Jeffrey Howard for his devotion and tireless work for a successful Pride, and even more importantly, for being instrumental in Stomptown's continued success!
Thanks to all our wonderful people!
